Water damage iphone?!?

it fell into the toilet (clean xD) it was in there for like 2-3 seconds i had it set in rice for the whole night and morning but i thought it would be dead so i tried to charge it and it only thing it shows is a battery and red on my screen and i let it charge for like 4 hours and it wont do anything is it broken? help me please :(
