What are my chances of getting into Colby College?

I am a rising junior and am looking at colleges. I am very interested in Colby College but I don't know if i will get in. I have a 4.0 GPA(un-weighted) and I plan on getting a 28 or 29 on my ACT. Standardized tests are not my best. During my sophomore year I took Chemistry, Advanced Human Bio, and Advanced Algebra 2 class. Next year(junior), I am taking AP Psych, AP Bio, AP Stats, and Pre calculus . Senior year I am Taking AP Chem, AP English, and AP Calculus. I am involved in Student Council. I do some volunteering and am going on a two week medical mission to Kenya next summer. Do I have a chance or do I need to raise my test scores?
