Atheists/Theists, do you respect any religions more than others?

I also have more respect for eastern religions. My standard for whether any belief (religous or otherwise) deserves respect is the degree to which it can withstand scrutiny. While none of them have any scientific merit, eastern religions tend to have a much greater sense of compassion for other people (though there are exceptions, such as the caste system of Hinduism).
