Crush problem(5th grade)?

My crush is named Colby and he said he liked me and signed my yearbook with a heart. We made plans 2 kiss on the last day of school but it never happened. He told one of his crushes "I don't like her(love)" He calls his other crushes hot (3 of my bffs) but not me. I was thinking of asking him 2 a camp my bro works at. Idk what to do plz help!!!
